A few years ago I came across the story of a Jewish woman who had help during her escape by a German officer. This story captured and inspired me to write the screenplay for "Between the Lines". The theme of the film was as important then as it is now. In a time of forgetting, I want to use this film to encourage a discourse and preserve a story from history.
